If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must contact us before sending the item back

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used candles cannot be returned.

International orders

For customers outside the European Union, returns may be accepted at our discretion.
