What are your candles made from?
Our candles are crafted from premium colored soy wax, infused with professional-grade wax dyes to create refined and sophisticated hues. Paired with carefully selected fragrance oils, they offer a clean, long-lasting burn. Each piece is hand-poured in small batches, ensuring exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail.
How should I care for my candle?
To get the best burn and scent experience:
• Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each burn
• Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface the first time
• Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time
This helps ensure an even burn and extends the life of the candle.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Spain and Europe.
For international orders (such as the United States) delivery times may be longer and depend on the destination, shipping carrier, and customs procedures.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
